Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains of New Hampshire, our family has been crafting pure maple syrup for three generations. What started as a small hobby in our grandfather's backyard has grown into a labor of love that we're proud to share with families across New England.

Each spring, when the sap begins to flow, you'll find us in our sugarhouse in Littleton, tending the wood-fired evaporator just as our grandparents did before us. We believe that the best maple syrup comes from patience, tradition, and a deep respect for the land that provides for us.

Every bottle we produce is a testament to our commitment to quality over quantity. We tap only our own trees, fire the evaporator with sustainably harvested hardwood, and never rush the process. The result is a rich, complex maple syrup that captures the essence of a New Hampshire spring.
